Home Visits build relationships, skills, and engagement for families, educators, and students for all students in HCSS. Home visits give parents and teachers the opportunity to meet simply to talk and collaborate for the benefit of the child they both care about.
HCSS teachers are willing to make 15-20 min home visits to parents who are interested.
