Aerial Drone Regional Championship in West Virginia

We would like to recognize the Hampden Fliers team for their outstanding performance at the West Virginia Regional Championship. The team did an amazing job in their very first year of competition. The students showed excellent teamwork throughout the event and worked hard on the autonomous portion of the competition. Their coding eventually worked successfully with all parts of the field, and we are incredibly proud of their dedication and perseverance. The students also delivered an outstanding performance in the piloting section throughout the season and during the competition. Thanks to their efforts, the team tied for 7th place in the Skills Mission category. This is an incredible achievement! We would also like to thank our school and our amazing parents for their support. They were there with us every step of the way, encouraging and supporting us throughout the competition.
