Invitation For Bid

The Hampden Charter School of Science, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Administration Building Interior Alterations at the Hampden Charter School of Science-West, 511 Main Street, West Springfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by RT Architecture LLC, 245 Shea Avenue, Belchertown, Massachusetts 01007. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Chapter 149 – Sections 44A to 44J, inclusive, Section 26 to 29 inclusive, and Chapter 30, Section 39F to 39M inclusive, and 39R of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as amended to date. The Work consists of selective demolition and interior alterations to the existing building’s second floor including related system upgrades to the existing fire protection sprinkler, fire alarm systems, HVAC, and Electrical systems. The Architect and Owner’s Project Manager will be present on Site to conduct a tour of the building on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Contract Documents will be available by electronic distribution (Dropbox), after 2 PM on Friday, January 31, 2025.
